RETURNS

If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help. Please get in touch via info@electricdaisy.co.uk.

 

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it. Returns can only be accepted if the item is in it’s original packaging & undamaged. Customers must arrange for the item(s) to be returned themselves and at their own cost.

 

Once the returned item is received safely, a refund will be issued using your original payment method within 7 days.

UNPACKING YOUR FLOATING FEATHERS

We’ve attached your feather shade to the top of the box and if you have 2 or 3 tiers, we’ve joined them together to keep all the feathers pristine.

 

INSTALLATION

Our pendant lampshades will attach to your existing ceiling fittings. We love this Vintage Ceiling E27 Rose Adjustable Fabric Flex from Ebay in Bronze. 

 

To be used with low energy LED bulbs. They come with a clever little converter plug which enables them to fit any UK fitting (Bayonet Cap B22) or European (Edison Screw E27). We love B&Q's Diall E27 6 Watt Globe Warm White LED Filament bulb which gives a lovely warm glow.

 

 

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FLOATING FEATHERS

Please keep your lampshade dry and, maybe once a week, gently joosh your feathers with a hairdryer to keep it looking its best.
