  • Juju Mirror Charms
    How do I look after my charm? A Care Pack is included with each charm with a guide on how to look after your fine feathered friend. We recommend that you, occasionally, gently joosh feathers with a hairdryer or duster to keep them looking their best. Where can I showcase my charm? For indoor display only, we recommend that you keep your charm away from heat and water. How to hang my charm? Your charm comes complete with fixings ready to wall mount and you’ll find hooks and pins in your Care Pack. Can I design my own Juju Mirror Charm? Of course; select the custom design option and let us know what you fancy. Send us some pics of your space or ideas and we’ll mock up 3 designs for you to choose from. Once you confirm your design choice, we’ll get to work on creating you your very own design. Were any birds harmed in the making of this beautiful charm? Our feathers are ethically sourced, a natural by-product of the food chain which meet the cruelty-free Responsible Down Standard.
  • Floating Feathers
    What type of bulb can I use? We recommend the use of LED bulbs. They use less energy and are cool to the touch, avoiding the problem of scorching shades and ceilings. What type of fittings do I need? Our light shades will attach to your existing light fittings. The frame comes with a clever little converter plug which enables it to work with Bayonet Cap B22 or, by simply removing the inner ring, for use with Edison Screw E27. Can you recommend fittings and bulbs? We love this Vintage Ceiling E27 Rose Adjustable Fabric Flex from Ebay in Bronze. We love B&Q's Diall E27 6 Watt Globe Warm White LED Filament bulb which gives a lovely warm glow. Do your shades conform to current fire regulations? Our table lampshades come with fire resistant PVC that comply with the British Standard for Luminaries. Our large pendant light shades range from 40cm to 100cm in diameter and provide plenty of ventilation between bulb and shade, however, we recommend you use LED bulbs that will reduce the risk of heat generation. Where can they be used? We have options for table lamps, ceiling pendants and purely decorative arrangements that can float anywhere. How to care for my Floating Feathers? Please keep your shade dry and, maybe once a week, gently joosh your feathers with a duster to keep it looking its best. Can I design my own shade? Of course; pop us an email with your requirements and we’d be happy to give you a quote. Were any birds harmed in the making of my floating feather creation? As well as custom designing our Juju Mirror Charms, Floating Feathers and Furniture Reimagined to compliment any space, we can also transform your vision into reality~ whether its an interior scheme or outdoor space you have in mind.     How can I pay for my order? You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order: How secure are online payments? The security of your financial transactions is of extreme importance to us. That’s why we chose to build our website with Wix, who are 100% committed to protecting it. Wix complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant. The PCI DSS is an information security standard for organisations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard helps to create a secure environment by increasing cardholder data, thus reducing credit card fraud. What are the Buy Now, Pay Later options?   • Delivery
    When can I expect my delivery? Your order means a lot to us. That’s why we use Parcelforce Express48 for a fast, safe and fully tracked delivery service for every precious item. We also use eco-friendly, 100% recyclable, sturdy packaging designed to provide enhanced protection for your treasure. Juju Mirror Charms ~ We aim to deliver your order within a week. Floating Feathers ~ Please allow 3 weeks for us to make and dispatch. If you have ordered a custom design, this may take a little longer. Please note in busy periods delivery may be longer due to the handmade nature of these items. Can I track my parcel? Once your treasure has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can check progress through to delivery. Where do you deliver? We deliver to Mainland UK. For international orders, please get in touch. What are your delivery charges? We offer a free local delivery service for our Saltburn customers with postcodes starting with “TS12 1”.   • Returns
    What’s your returns policy? If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help. Please get in touch via You have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it. Returns can only be accepted if the item is in it’s original packaging & undamaged. Customers must arrange for the item(s) to be returned themselves and at their own cost. Once the returned item is received safely, a refund will be issued using your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
